Registration conditions

Payment of Fees

All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and include VAT. Payment of fees can be made in Euro by credit card, bank transfer (until the Late fee deadline). Payment by cash in Euros will be accepted onsite in Toulouse.

Name Change

  • Name changes will be charged €50.

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt. The prices indicated are only applicable if BOTH registration form/request AND payments are received before the registration deadlines.
Registrations will be acknowledged by email upon receipt of payment and a valid personal address. Incomplete addresses will not be accepted and will result in the cancellation of the registration.

Cancellation or Alteration

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation

  • Until 1 May 2016 : refund of fee minus 25% administrative charge.
  • From 1 May 2016 : no refund.

Miscellaneous

No-shows at the congress will be charged the full fee. A fixed price of €30 will be charged for the replacement of lost badges.

Refunds will be processed after the congress.

Liability Disclaimer

The above terms apply to all registration cancellations.
Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
No right to further claims or waiving of fees will arise should Spartacus-Biomed  be obliged to alter the programming of congress proceedings.

All delegates are urged to take personal travel insurance.

In the event of serious special or unforeseen circumstances or serious circumstances beyond its control, Spartacus-Biomed shall be entitled to cancel or modify the dates of the event. You shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages incurred as a consequence of such a cancellation or change.

Spartacus-Biomed  will not be liable for any theft or damage to property and/or persons caused on site during the Congress, by any factor whatever, unless there has been a fault, intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of  Spartacus-Biomed  .

Spartacus-Biomed  shall not be held responsible in the event of poisoning or food intoxication during the Event.
